Clear Sound provided the sound system when the production Girl Talk: The Musical came to the Kimmel Center’s Innovation Studio.  A 100-seat black box theater, the Innovation Studio is equipped with hardwood floors, large mirrors and ballet barres. This is an ideal space for experimental productions, special entertaining, rehearsals, and meetings. When this lively show featuring a women’s ensemble came to town, the Kimmel Center contracted Clear Sound to augment their production support.
Using a Shure wireless package and Countryman E6 headset microphones, the cast was able to move about the stage with ease during the many song-and-dance numbers.   Audio control was supplied to the intimate theater via a Symetrix EQ and Yamaha digital effects, with QSC and Ashley amplification featuring EAW full range speakers. Clear Sound has a long standing relationship with the Kimmel Center and was happy to provide the additional equipment needed to get the performance to the next level.
