Haverford College Alumni Weekend Event Production

Clear Sound provided event production services and audio visual equipment for Haverford College’s Alumni Weekend concert event. 

Haverford welcomed more than 700 alums, friends, and family members as the College celebrated Alumni Weekend.

This year’s festivities included alums from class years ending in 4 and 9 and included a schedule packed with events focused on building community, fun, and moments of reconnection. 

Programming included tours of Philadelphia led by the Center for Peace and Global Citizenship, an exploration of the campus’ recent sustainable endeavors from green roofs to aerobic digestion, and a memorial softball game in memory of Jon Konove ’00.

Alumni Weekend also included a special screening of Dr. Ira Reid: Haverford College’s Unsung Scholar Activist, a new documentary on the legacy of Haverford’s first Black professor.

Our technicians assisted with equipment and stage setup and breakdown after the concert’s completion. Luckily, we had very nice weather and it was a fantastic gathering for all involved.
