American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life at Penn
Every year, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure brings thousands of runners and walkers to Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway in support of breast cancer research. This national event has grown exponentially over the decades – from 5,000 attendees in 1990, to 150,000 in 2010.
Clear Sound has been proud to participate in this important event since its very first year, increasing the scope and sophistication of our service as the race has grown in size and complexity. Today, we provide clear, intelligible sound over a 3/4-square-mile area, using systems that we engineered specifically for these challenging circumstances. From speeches and awards to choir performances and marching bands, the diverse audio needs of this massive event have been met with expertise by our technicians for the last two decades.
