Clear Sound warranties the installation of your equipment for one full year after we turn the completed system over to you. Even after that one-year period, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you run into any issue, give us a call. We’ll work with you to make it right.

In addition, most equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Those terms vary considerably, so check your equipment’s warranty info for specifics (we can find that for you if necessary). After the warranty period, should the equipment need manufacturer repair or replacement, we’re happy to facilitate that process for you.

Productions and Equipment Rentals

Whether you rent our equipment for your event or hire us to run the entire production, we’re confident that you will be delighted with our service, equipment and technicians. Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your rental or production for any reason, contact us and we’ll make it right, or your money back.

Factory Authorized Equipment Service

Clear Sound customers enjoy the peace of mind that comes from responsive and knowledgeable service support.  Occasionally, equipment needs maintenance or repair, and most manufacturers offer service on their products past their warranty periods.
